Hi, during a session today some of the subjects got an application error (500) after submitting a quiz. I had to then cancel the session because the error message didn't go away. Then I got an email around the same time from Papertrail saying that "Papertrail service has reached its log data transfer limit of 10 MB for today". I have never experienced it before but have run almost the same version of the app before. Can someone please tell me what went wrong and how to fix. (I'm using otree version 5.10.3 and use heroku).

That means your app produced more logs than the free version can store. Anyway for Application Error it’s more useful to look in Sentry than Papertrail.

Did you mean a paid version of papertrail or something else? How do I get the paid version I need? Sorry couldn't quite understand.
