Hi,
I want to run an experiment with about 250 participants. I have 4 treatments and I want to create different sessions beforehand and then i want to send the links to the participants to the sessions, which they can see in a few days. Will the links be active during this time? I mean will they be able to play the game in the same session that I created few days ago.

I think it is possible. Just have a room link and use a stable Linux server.

Thanks for answering. I am using Heroku though. Is it a good option?

Good option. You can always restart and keep the link useful in an otree prodserver.
