I ran a session of an experiment I am running, as I was monitoring the incoming data and viewing the data window from the session/room screens, everything seemed to be coming in normally, but when I went to download the relevant data, none of the experimental data was saved, i.e. there were only simple identifiers saved but no decisions.  Anyone know what might be causing that and/or whether there is a backup, and how to access it?

Can you go to that site’s “configure” tab in otree Hub and show us a screenshot of it?

I completely blanked on making changes to the configure tab, that indeed seems to have been the issue, thank you for your prompt response!
