Hi, I have a problem conncting otree hub to Heroku. I had a connection that seemed to work well in June, but now I get the message that "You don't have any active sites" on oTree hub and I'm unable to find anything to make them reconnect. What should I do to reconnect the two accounts? Thanks, Jo

do you have any heroku sites (aka apps)? first you need to go to your heroku dashboard and create an app

We do have an app on the Heroku side. Everything worked about a month ago, but it seems that in some way oTree cannot connect to the Heroku app.

Maybe you have 2 Heroku accounts and oTree Hub is connected to the other one? In the Heroku dashboard, try disconnecting and reconnecting oTree Hub (it's in Settings / "Connected apps" i think) Also it needs to be a regular app owned by you individually. Team apps are not supported.
