Dear all, I just completed a session for an experiment on Prolific, coded in oTree and deployed via Heroku and oTreeHub. If I load the CSV file with the data into R, in about half of the observations, the data remains completely in the first column. Has anyone experienced a similar issue before or has any suggestions on how to fix that issue?

Can you post (a part) of that CSV file? Of course, make sure to remove any identifying information before doing so. Also, please mention what command you are using for loading the data into R. Without knowing the details, it is (always) hard to diagnose what might cause the issue. It sounds, however, as if the delimiter between the columns (usually, a comma) is not properly recognized during the R import.

Thanks a lot for your answer and help. I was already able to resolve the issue. You are completely right with you guess that there was an issue with the delimiter (There was a free-form text field and the issue appeared for participants who used a comma in their answer).
