Can't cancel or change my subscription

Hi,

I want to change my oTree Hub subscription but clicking on "View and manage subscription" leads me to a stripe page where I can change my billing information and see my billing history, but not actually manage anything...
The subscription page indicates that I currently have the following: "Standard, Studio projects: 1 with limited features", but I had cancelled it in April.

Can anyone help me gain access to a page where I can actually manage my subscription ?
