Hello, 
I've a problem with the public registration of my heroku projects. 

I had a test project at some point but deleted it on heroku. Now, I want to register another site, but it tells me that I've already used 2 out of my public registration keys. 

Can I re-activate the project I've deleted? 

Alternatively, can I somehow add a new site?
