When someone finishes my study, I notice that they still show up on the Monitor screen as "in progress". I worry about this because both my Postgres and Redis plans have a Connection Limit of 40. Is this normal? Do I need to mark them as complete somehow? Do I need to upgrade my plans to match my participant count? Screenshot attached.
