Hello,

We are getting this error when trying to look at the data while a session is ongoing.

The configurations are also added.

What could be causing this and how to solve it?

Look at your browser's developer console for errors as well as the Heroku server logs (through Heroku dashboard); do you see anything?

It says there's a server error; check the server logs through your Heroku dashboard.
