It's going to make work for Chris in updating the oTree documentation too. I guess oTree Studio straight to oTree Hub with deployment on paid Heroku will be the default for beginners now? Peter

Yes it seems like bad news, but note this silver lining from the announcement in the "Students and Nonprofit Program" section: "Many students have their first experience with deploying an application into the wild on Heroku. Salesforce is committed to providing students with the resources and experiences they need to realize their potential. We will be announcing more on our student program at Dreamforce." (in September) So let's hope to hear good news about this.

Yeah, it would be nice if they have a program like that and offer free services to students and scholars. Let's stay on top of this.
