For a small number of my subjects the live methods do not seem to trigger. The log files of of my server show the error in the title as soon as the subjects try to GET the /live/ page:

WARNING Not Found: /live/

I have the same error for /auto-advance/.

It has only affected 2 out of 100 subjects so I'm not too worried, but is there anything I could do to solve the issue? I don't know where to look.

If I use their links and finish the experiment myself it works fine on my browser so I'm suspecting something on their side, but what could it be?

I'm not sure, maybe they are using very old browsers that don't support websockets (those are websocket paths)...

I also record OS and browser and they were using recent ones.

Had the problem happening with only one subject on the server so it's not a load issue.

Are live pages 100% reliable on oTree<5? Looking at what happened in my experiment they are definitely not. What about oTree>5?
