Subscription Issue

Not sure the best place to post this, as there doesn't seem to be a help email for subscription issues.  

I cancelled my subscription one week in, because I'm very bad at remembering to cancel things otherwise.  I was expecting to retain the usage of otreehub for the month that I've paid for, like other subscription services, but that's clearly not the case.  Is there some way of getting the rest of the time that I've paid for (with the caveat that I now know how this works, so I won't ask for such a thing again)?

Hi, I see you reactivated the subscription; I'll refund the first invoice the next time I log into the billing system.

Yeah, it was time sensitive so I couldn't wait.  Everything has gone through fine - thanks!
