As discussed in a separate thread, over the past couple of days there has been a technical problem at Heroku: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2476

This is causing problems deploying code via oTree Hub. Actually the code is deploying successfully, oTree Hub is unable to display when the build is finished. So if using oTree Hub, you may want to check your build status in your Heroku dashboard.

Following up on this post from a month ago. I have noticed a similar kind of problem happening with users today. Heroku status doesn't report any issues currently, but keep an eye on this page: https://status.heroku.com/
