Hi all,

My app was running fine and suddenly crashed and I now cannot access the data (app crashed when attempting to download). I have maxed out dynos in case that helped and restarted the dynos and nothing seems to help. 

The most common error I get is at=error code=H12 desc="Request timeout", which I also don't understand.

Please help; I would appreciate it so much.
