Hey, 

I just started to work with Otree to design an experiment.
I faced with a problem at the very beginning. 
When I run the code: otree startproject test 

I receive: 
 No module named otree.__main__; 'otree' is a package and cannot be directly executed
 
Could you please help me to solve this problem.

Can you provide a screenshot of entering the command and all the output you get?

I managed to solve it.

A restricted access to running scripts in a command prompt caused that.
