I have a problem with groups progressing at vastly different speeds. I have two groups, both playing 80 rounds. The groups never interact with each other. I would like the groups to progress at their own speed; however, sometimes, one group is twice as fast as the other group, which results in a lot of waiting time at the end of the experiment. One way to avoid this is to add a waiting page at the end of each round such that the groups wait on each other. However, this slows down the overall speed of the experiment as the number of pages is sometimes different in each round for each group.

Ideally, I would like to have manual control over a waiting page lasting one minute, which I can add to the group that has progressed the furthest whenever needed. Is there any way to implement this or any other smart way to take care of the problem with great differences in speed?
