Hello, Our lab has had oTree connected to Heroku to run experiments on the server for a long time with no issue. Recently we think someone may have connected to another Heroku account that we can no longer access. Is there a way to disconnect from a heroku account and connect to another one on otree hub? The current message on oTree hub on the heroku page, attached here, shows we have no active sites. However, sites are active and by connecting to the intended heroku account with another otree hub account shows the active sites with no issue on the heroku tab. Help or information is much appreciated! Thank you.

Yes, through your Heroku settings you can remove oTree Hub's access. I think it's in the security/permissions section. Then do the connection process again.

Hi Chris, Thanks so much for the quick reply. We don't have access to the heroku account that it is currently connected to to login (we think it was connected by a former student). Is it still possible to disconnect from the heroku account? Thanks again.

Hmmmm maybe cancel any subscription and make a new oTree Hub account…

I think that's what we'll do - thank you!
