I have designed a multiplayer experiment with OTree Studio, and I am about to start data collection. My experiment has two parts. In the first part, participants filled in a questionnaire individually. Then, they play a multiplayer game in groups of 8. I would like that participants after completing the questionnaire are assigned to a group of 8 participants by order of arrival. However, the maximum number of participants on OTree studio is 6. The alternative is to set it to “none”, but this will result in only one group of all participants in the session. Does somebody know how I can implement this with OTree Studio? Thank you very much. You can use set_group_matrix.

Thank you for your response, Chris. Could you explain me how I can have a group of 8 players for a multiplayer game? The maximum in OTree Studio is 6. If I set it to "none", it creates a big group with all my players in the experiment. But I want that the players are clustered in groups of 8 by order of arrival. Thank you very much. Best, Angel
