Hi everyone, 

For technical reason, i can't have a credit card or pay anything without a pre-invoice made. Unfortunatly, Heroku isn't providing any pre-invoice. 

I have to do an experiment on Prolific but without Heroku i can't give an URL where the app is deployed. 

Any advice for creating an online server without HEROKU ?

perhaps your institution's IT department can assist you with a solution. (for example, they could deploy on a production server.)

i don't know of any hosting platform that allows prepayment.
