Hi, I ran an experiment with mouse tracking, where I had participants open boxes and recorded the openings. Using an extra model and custom_export for tracking the hover events, I could usually export the csv file with information about what boxes were opened and how long participants spent on each box. However, now that I ran my experiment with 400 participants, the custom_export function on the server is not working anymore (it used to for smaller datasets of few test participants). The university web administrator gave me a dump file of the PostreSQL, and when opening that file in a text editor I do the some of the data I want to export, but I don't really know what to do. Is there another way to export the csv file from the server (we have a university server for otree experiments)?
