Hi, I accidentally renewed my oTree Hub subscription - I immediately cancelled it, but I was already charged. I then tried to go back into the subscription space and reactive it, but I was charged again. Obviously this forum doesn't seem like a great place to post this, but there is nowhere else to ask. So, I have been charged $18 twice and I didn't want either of them. I'd appreciate some help in getting a refund on both. Thanks, Greg
