Dear all,

I have a problem of resetting DB on otreehub. I have successfully upload otreezip, however, I failed to reset DB. There is no informative message either except telling me that "an error occurred trying to resetdb." I attache the screenshot below. Have any of you had this problem before, or happen to know how to solve it?

Can you check the “configure” section? Do you have a database set up? Note that Heroku recently removed all its free databases.

Oh, I see. After paying for the databases, it works!
