Hello everyone,

I have an issue running a cooperative experiment with live pages. Unlike my personal production server, the uni production server does not run the live pages simultaneously. This means that e.g. the chat is not working (messages are not shown) or some participants are stuck on the waiting page unless they refresh the browser. 

Do you have any tips on how I can improve the performance of refreshments? I already used different browsers and put an add on at the front end, but it did not help.

Sounds like something you should talk to your lab manager about!

This might be related to firewall settings, so asking the IT department could help.
